These Account Terms (the "Terms") apply to purchases on the Wow Hairs web site located at www.wowhairs.com, The Site is the property of Wow Hairs (“Wow Hairs”) and its licensors. BY PURCHASING PRODUCT ON THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE.

Wow Hairs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site and continued purchase of product from the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms Wow Hairs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to purchase product on the site.

• Customer agrees to not (i) repackage, (ii) resell wholesale, or (iii) sell product purchased online.

• Wow Hairs recommends proper certification and training before installing or applying products to end users. Wow Hairs shall not be held responsible for any issues.

• Customer agrees to only apply products within a professional salon environment.

​

• All information and forms necessary must be complete and received by Wow Hairs before an account can be set up.

• Wow Hairs offers same day shipping for orders placed prior to 2 PM IST, but does not guarantee this service. If a shipment does not get shipped on the same day, Wow Hairs is not responsible for a freight credit or upgrade as the service is not guaranteed.

• If an error is made as a result of inaccurate or obsolete information, Wow Hairs will not be responsible for the mistake.

• If your credit card is declined, product will not be shipped until such declination has been reversed or alternative payment is made.

• Wow Hairs does not guarantee third party shipping services such as, but not limited to Bluedart, DHL, Delhivery and Wow Hairs is not responsible for any deficiencies of any third-party shipment.

• Wow Hairs may make changes to any products or services offered on the site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Wow Hairs makes no commitment to update the materials on the site with respect to such products and services.

• No use of the Wow Hairs trademark or other intellectual property rights are permitted unless authorized by Wow Hairs in writing.
