How to schedule a Return

You can easily schedule a return for most of the items that you have purchased on www.wowhairs.com

To return an item you have ordered -

Follow the steps if you are using the Wow Hairs website www.wowhairs.com

  1. Tap on Orders in the website / app Menu.

  2. Tap on the completed order that you need to create a return for.

  3. Scroll down to reach the section Need help with your item.

  4. Tap on the Return item. Please note: Some items cannot be returned or replaced so you will not find the option in the order details. To know more about our returns policy, click here

  5. Enter the Reason for return and Tell us more

  6. Click on Continue.

  7. Choose the refund mechanism under How can we make it right. Continue.

  8. Choose the pickup address date and time. That’s it, your return pickup is scheduled.

 

For certain items, we may not provide a return pick-up option. For these orders, you may be requested to return the item on your own. To know more about Return pick up and Self shipclick here.

Follow these steps if you are using www.wowhairs.com website on Desktop:

  1. Click on Returns & Orders on the top menu bar.

  2. Scroll to select the item that you want to return.

  3. Click on Return and enter the Reason for return and Tell us more.

  4. Click on Continue.

  5. Choose the refund mechanism under How can we make it right. Click on continue.

  6. Choose the pickup address date and time. That’s it, your return is scheduled. Click confirm.

 

Note:

  • You do not need to print any return documentation.

  • A refund request will be initiated for your order when the returned package is received by Wow Hairs

  • To check the status of your refund, click on the relevant order and select View Return/Refund Status.

 

Your Orders

  • If you are returning a Pay on Delivery order, you can choose a refund to www.wowhairs.com wallet balance or through NEFT to Bank Account. For NEFT to Bank Account, you'll need to add a bank account for refund.
